These terms. By using northlens.ca or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Who can order. You must be the age of majority in your province and able to enter a contract.
Products and pricing. Prices are in Canadian dollars and may change without notice. We do our best to describe products accurately, but colours and details may vary slightly from photos. We may limit quantities or refuse an order — if we cancel your order, we refund you in full.
Orders. Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship. If something is out of stock after you've paid, we'll tell you and refund you.
Shipping and returns. Covered in our shipping policy and refund policy, which form part of these terms.
Using the product responsibly. These glasses contain a camera and microphones. You are responsible for using them in line with the laws where you are, including laws about recording people, private spaces and driving.
Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada.
