Where do you ship?
Anywhere in Canada. Shipping is free on every order.
How long does it take?
Orders go out within 1–2 business days and arrive in 5–8 business days, with tracking.
The glasses
Who makes them?
The AIMB G2 Pro is made by AIMB. Northlens is a Canadian retailer — we import them, sell them and support them. Specs on the product page are the manufacturer's until we've tested units ourselves.
What lenses come with it?
A standard three-piece lens set, including a UV photochromic pair that stays clear indoors and darkens in sunlight. Many optical shops can fit prescription lenses; ask yours before ordering.
Do people know when I'm recording?
Yes. A light on the front of the frame turns on whenever you take a photo or video. Please respect people's privacy and the recording laws where you are.
How long does the battery last?
The 290mAh battery charges in about 70 minutes on the magnetic cable. Runtime depends on how much you shoot — we'll publish tested numbers once our first units land rather than repeat a factory claim.
Do they work with my phone?
Yes, iPhone and Android. Photos and video transfer over Wi-Fi.
Returns
What if I don't like them?
Email support@northlens.ca within 14 days of delivery and we'll walk you through the return. Change-of-mind returns go back at your cost; if the item is defective or we sent the wrong one, we cover the return shipping.
