Shipping policy
Where we ship. We currently ship to addresses in Canada only.
Cost. Shipping is free on all orders.
Processing time. Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
Delivery time. Tracked delivery takes 5–8 business days. Remote areas may take longer.
Tracking. You'll receive a tracking link by email when your order ships.
Lost or damaged packages. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 business days or your package arrives damaged, email and we'll sort it out.
Wrong address. Please double-check your address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if it needs changing; we can't change it once the order has shipped.
